Carbon fiber is known for being tough. We are known to make it cost effective! We can hold tight tolerances for bearings, and reduce secondary processing saving time and money.
Want your own tool made from Carbon Fiber? We can make it. A one off hammer would cost about $1,000 including molding cost. Once you get into production the cost comes way down, and is almost the same as machining small batches. But of course, you get the weight savings and the sexy carbon fiber or carbon kevlar look.
